Delivery Information
1. Warehouse Distribution & Order Fulfillment: We operate dedicated warehouses in Germany and the USA. Small orders (generally with a total weight of less than 5kg or quantity within 10 units) will be shipped directly from the nearest local warehouse to ensure fast delivery. Large-volume orders (such as wholesale orders with quantity over 50 units or total weight exceeding 30kg) will be fulfilled from our China warehouse to provide more competitive pricing.
2. Delivery Timeframe: - Local delivery (Germany & USA): 1-2 business days for USA (next-day delivery available for major cities like New York and Los Angeles); 2 business days for Germany; 2-4 business days for other EU countries (including France, Italy, Spain, etc.). - Shipping from China: 4-6 business days via international express (DHL/FedEx); 7-10 business days via standard air freight; 30-35 business days via sea freight (suitable for bulk wholesale orders). - Customized products: Additional 3-7 business days for production on top of the above delivery timeframes.
3. Logistics Partners & Tracking: We cooperate with globally recognized logistics providers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services (Deutsche Post in Europe, USPS in the USA). A unique tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real-time via our website or the logistics provider’s official platform.
4. Customs & Duties: For local warehouse shipments (EU/USA), orders are generally free of import duties as they are dispatched from local warehouses. For shipments from China, import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s customs policies; the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs fees. We will provide necessary commercial invoices and documentation to facilitate customs clearance.
5. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, quantity, destination, and selected shipping method. Free local shipping is available for orders in the USA and Germany. For international shipments from China, we offer tiered shipping discounts for large-volume orders.
