All Fotoleey products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective product free of charge, provided that the product is returned to us with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product shipment.
Fotoleey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to damage to cameras, loss of data, or loss of profits.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration in Shenzhen.
